The Studio Apartment is a comfortable apartment of about 60m2, at the heart of the property, built above the original finca. The Studio has an open kitchen with bar, a semi-seperated bathroom and private bathroom with natural stone finishes, double bed with quality mattresses, as well as ample storage space. It is situated in the absolute tranquillity of rural Guatapé, bordered by a natural creek, bambú and pine forest. Very private and quiet. The perfect place to get away from the noisy city, work remotely and find peace. It has a large co-working table next to huge windows that that overlook the greenery outside.

The Studio Apartment has glass sliding doors to a large roofed terrace overlooking the creek and the forest behind the property. It is right above the large patio and wooden deck next to the climbing rock.

When listed on Airbnb, the Studio reached one of the highest ratings in its category.

By the end of 2023 we took the listing offline as we decided to take a break from the platform and focus on longer-term rentals.
